Previously they’ve made us take passports but the email I just received seems to just say ‘photo id’ and even has a small graphic resembling an I’d card rather than a passport

Obviously this will be much better but don’t want to risk it if the stewards still insist on passport

Anyone know???

Took driving license to the Southampton and Sheffield Utd games ..bit of an old pic on it (I had more hair) and it felt a bit like going through customs...with glances at the photo then me repeated several times...but then I do look a bit like a convict in the photo

When my driving license was in the post, I phoned the club and they said my work photo ID would be acceptable on a lanyard.

I, like many others, don't have a passport so I don't see how they could insist on that.

I’d absolutely hate to work for a football club, given threads like this are full of people having asked silly obvious questions to our staff! Same with the ‘dinner’ eating thread - good lord Barber must roll his eyes 17 times a day at some!

I’m worried now I’ve got a work ID but I haven’t got a lanyard, should I ring the club?
Maybe Beach Hut or sheebo could help. :)

Ring them and live chat to make sure. I’d also email Barbs direct to be safe. They’ll all be sitting their waiting to answer your very understandable question...

Just been told by supporter services that a PHOTO of kids passport is acceptable for tonight so you don't have to bring their physical passport with you
