I'll estimate 18,250

I will go for 20K. I think the Hughton factor will kick in. Of course it may depend on Signings made in the summer to get the extra 1.75K on the figure that you are suggesting.

I expect we will only find out on the first day of the season when 'tickets sold' is announced at half time. Subtract the away crowd and a proportion for others. Reckon 18k about right.

All the 1901 members are on 5 year deals, so add around 2900-3000 for them.

I think it will be lower than people think, most are fair weather supporters who thought they were jumping on a promotion band wagon. My first game was in 1979 and I have seen a lot of bad times, newbies are not interested in bad times. 14,000 max!
