Are you going to come over for a Palace game to see what all the fuss is about?

No thank you. It took Swedish football and attendance numbers 25 years to recuperate from watching Hodgsonball. I'm fairly likely dead in 25 years so I can't take that risk. I've seen all PL teams play 10+ times this season, but CP only twice and intend to keep it at that minimum for the forseeable future.

Its almost as though winning the 4 games on the spin and getting to 42 points the players and management, have thought..thats enough lets just coast the last few games. I suppose without fans and any real need it maybe understandable ?

Although blooding a few of our youngsters has been encouraging, the season has died on it arse TBH.

And not making the europer league for a club like Palace is probable a blessing as well.

Zaha has looked totally disInterested since the restart ..on his way this summer surely ...Leeds will want another attacking option ..but then his wage demands will rule that one out

Lol I meant a Brighton vs Palace game to see what a real rivalry looks like.

You are right though, Palace are shit.

Ah. Well, going to any Brighton game would obviously be fantastic, the opponent wouldnt matter too much... there would be upsides and downsides of opting for that particular meeting. While I imagine that a win would enhance the whole travel experience, I fear that a loss could ruin it a lot in ways it wouldnt be ruined with a loss against another team.

Also pretty fed up with all the violence and chaos that comes with rivalries after watching all the Stockholm & Gothenburg derbys (which are very real as well let me tell you) but its possible you have a bit more control of that situation down there.

Either way, would probably be pretty difficult to get a ticket though?

Unlikely to be involved in any violence unless you go looking for it, Palace get a police escort through the town, it’s a bit more old school if you want to have a sing song at them though, but doubt it would kick off. It’s a bit different up at their place though, as there’s a lot more walking space around the ground so less of a police presence in some parts, I ended getting involved in some shit up and got a bottle thrown at me, luckily it landed at my feet.

I don’t think it would be that difficult to get a ticket, you’d have to have a membership though. Quite a few Leverkusen fans come over for that one, they seemed a bit tame to me when I got the bus with them.
