Smoking in the car BAN

I am in two minds over this,my first reaction was for f*** sake,but then reading the posts about childrens passive smoking I can see the point.Ban it when kids are in the car,but if you are somebody who likes to have a fag whilst driving then feel free to spark up.I don't smoke but,like 99% of motorists do eat,drink,pick my nose when driving,which is no more distracting than smoking and is the salt and fat in the crisps i am eating any less harmful than the rubbish they put in fags?
