i think it over looks the problems of staff who have trouble tapping in "Harveys" and "pie" from a selection of about 8 different items. in my experience that has been the main delay. and of course what you've ordered not being available. and the fetching of the items. and the person ordering ebing understood by the staff (a problem both ways on occassions im sure). really, the 5 seconds to take cash and give change is not the flaw in the system.
I think you are the only other person I have read who also thinks the service is beyond dispicable. They make McDonalds look like The Ritz! It absolutely enrages me that in a brand new stadium like this they can't get the simple things right.
They should have two or three runners (as per McDonalds tactics) to read the orders and help bring them over rather than have the member of staff take 5 minutes to key it in, charge you the wrong amount, have to refund it, then go off for another 5 minutes and fetch everything.
