I was happy when we replaced him tbh so I can't join in the general shock that Orient are considering a change. He's done a pretty good job there culminating in the playoffs last season. You are only as good as your last few results. If Orient are now becoming ambitious he has to produce or he'll get the tin tack, which is exactly what happened here.
