Tony Bloom has stated that one of his long-term aims is to get us into the Premiership! Slade would never be capable of that.

Fact is that team on paper should be minimum top 5 and the fact that there are not comes down to the coaching, the players are either just not doing what he wants them to do or do not understand what he wants them to do.

The players should be fit enough by now and they should just be playing football in training, working on systems and set pieces not just running around (what we are led to believe they do). I still really want to believe in Salde but time is running out

Why is it always the fans job to get the result and never the players or manager ?.

Is that not obvious, if you know anything about football, fans create goals, the best players in the team are headless chickens with pace and run around a lot. Managers are purely administrators for the FA, there to complete the paper work and correctly submit the team sheet to the referee. Players who pass sideways are rubbish compared to players who give the ball away 9 out of 10 times, but look he is great that forward pass found a team mate etc etc
