Are you lot taking the piss? No such option exists for me and they have just told me the announcement will be tomorrow on being able to pause online. How are people managing this now??

This. Might phone them tomorrow and threaten to stop my whole subscription.

By that I mean spend three hours on hold and talk to an Indian call centre who will only be able to answer via script and flowchart, while a similar offer is posted up on the internet.

Im told that if you phone Virgin they will let you continue your Sky Sports package free for 3 months.

I’ve paused, but expected the channels to be unavailable. But they’re still all with me.
Seems too good to be true?

Or is it because Sky are ensuring people simply don’t cancel entirely?

Channels remain available. Guess it's a tool to ease full cancellations

I try the My Sky app but it redirects me to the Sky website. I have tried to pause last night and this morning all I get are these...
