its illegal alright, simple to do though. Someone just has a Video Card (Graphics Card) plugged into his or her TV and its relaying the picture, he or she then simply Streams it on the net in what ever program he or she uses.

As its being hosted on Akamai it is definately not a home user as they provide server space for commercial business.

Its more likely something to do with Lords and someone has leaked the link.

On mine it says Copyright ECB. Maybe they're streaming it to paying members or summat.

The ECB are doing highlights on their website so it's probably someone there that has leaked it.

They'd have to have one hell of a big chunk of bandwidth to their home to support even the few NSC users
