Sky Broadband is the worst. Had it for 5 years - constantly dropping out and poor speeds (5-10 mbps), before moving to Three mobile broadband, now getting flawless BB at c100mbps.

Mine’s not worked for 27 days now. It’s an effing nightmare getting anyone to do anything. With BT Openreach they manage to give the worst customer service ever. If only Mr Barber was in charge….

I’ve noticed it’s harder to contact them, in keeping with many others since COVID, I’ve found it easier raising an online complaint each time I wanted something done, that seemed to get things done quicker, also been good at giving compensation for loss of service this way.

Just leave them. They had a leave for free promise when I left year or so ago and they refunded my previous month.

Plenty of better options out there. The quality of mobile broadband now is very good, and you don't have to deal with line-rental / line issues.

Mine went just before 7 last night. Came back briefly and then went again at 11pm. Wasn’t working at 5 when I got up for a pee but was back at 9 when I got up. Been fine all morning until about 5 mins ago.
