Just in case anyone else has Sky as their broadband provider and is having issues connecting. Ours stopped working just after 6pm and it took them over an hour to admit it was a 'problem in Brighton & Hove' but actually from Twitter looks like its country wide. Thought it might be useful info for anyone who was feeling frustrated with it not working.
'Helpfully' the SkyHelpTeam twitter account and website are still telling people to check their broadband line rather than admit theres an outage!
