Brighton and Hove City Council confirmed the child is now back at the Dale View, Hove, site but is being educated separately following the incident on Monday.
So they were given a short suspension and then brought back in and specialled then. That's happened to a disruptive kid at my son's school. He decided to wreck the school office, didn't get very far, was excluded for a couple of days and then brought back in on a one to one basis. It's pretty standard and is also why there are more Teaching Assistants and SEN specialists in Infants and Primary schools than there were when I went in the mid to late 70s.
Hangleton Infants and Junior actually has a good reputation for its SEN teaching locally. Whether this is a good thing is up for debate.
