Didn’t Lee Johnson play and score in a paint pot trophy game ?
Exactly who came to mind for me.

Yes, he did. Against Cardiff.

I don’t suppose pre season friendlies count?
Notably Paul Jewell and Bradley Allen if so!

Franco Massimo, 1986 v Shrewsbury. Came on as sub. Was seriously quick but not very good. Ended up as a police officer according to Wiki.
Yes I know Frank, lovely guy. Our paths crossed because both our boys were sprinters. His lad Joe won an English Schools title and always used to look up to my son. Frank did well at sprinting as well as a junior. A 10.7 boy if I remember right.

I refuse to believe that the Razak who played in the first game is the same player who played in the other five. There’s a drop in form and than there’s that. It had to have been a doppelgänger.
This. I was at that Ipswich game.

I thought this guys going to go on to be one of our best ever players.

Terry Streeter came on as sub away against Notts County at the end of the 98/99 season I think.

The same season Danny Davis played at least one, possibly two games.

I’m pretty sure Bryan McKenna played one game in goal, conceding four at home to Middlesbrough in the 90/91 season.

Michael Mahoney-Johnson’s infamous 45 minutes at Fans United 2, “home” to Doncaster. Deeply embarrassing
