Of course he does. Think of the 2 penalties he has given.
Against Bournemouth it was never, ever a penalty. Worst decision I've seen at the Amex followed by the revelation he basically supports the Cherries and wears Bournemouth Pyjamas to bed.
Yesterday he gave a penalty against us after 3 MINUTES. No warning, no embarrassment, he just wore that smug face suggesting he couldn't wait to give it. I'm old enough to look at most things objectively but not with "hoops' *
* One decision he did give was to send Barnes off against Sheffield Wednesday. Even Poyet admitted he got that one right
