Any idea where we can find a clear and complete list of do's and don'ts, cans and can'ts with respect to loans - incoming and outgoing? I know there are different rules for U21/youth players, and HGPs, and it's all very complicated. Ive tried Googling, but I obviously haven't set the parameters right - the only thing I seem to get is that we can't have more than two loanees in the squad................
Worth noting we had 10 overseas loans last season, now its restricted to 8 ( 7 next season, 6 the season after ). Also domestic loans will also be restricted in 2 or 3 seasons time. Thanks for that - that's pretty much what I thought the rules would be, in other words not making much difference to us loaning out youngsters for development.
Six of them U21, so not affected.Worth noting we had 10 overseas loans last season, now its restricted to 8 ( 7 next season, 6 the season after ). Also domestic loans will also be restricted in 2 or 3 seasons time.
Naylor reckoned 10 loans overseas without exemption last season ( so we'd have been 2 over ).Six of them U21, so not affected.

Karbownik, Kozlowski, Caciedo, Scherpen also wouldn't have qualified for exemption.Andone, Arce, Mitoma, Undav, Ostigard and Zeqiri. Who else?
