He might be.. Football is a long long history of failed signings whether at the top end or bottom end and Albion have a few of em like Roland (was that 11 years ago now ? ) . But some succeed after loans like Mosies Caicedo, or Ben White, or Robert Sanchez, or Steven Alzate, or go straight into the first team like Jeremy Sarmiento, or ...

Not totally reliant (will be using others like SportsCode and Hudl), but bet we use it.

As well as the scouts, the club has a large analyst team watching, coding and compiling reports on a continual basis.
