Didn't something similar (albeit boot on other foot) happen in Amsterdam last week when some Israeli supporters (one assumes, A Tel Aviv side were in town) burnt a Palestinian flag?

I am not in favour of weaponizing the middle east conflict at the football, from any angle.

Get cctv to identify the arse and ban him. One assumes this is already in process.

Yes, I’m just making the point that if you do something as callous and brazen as disrupt a minute’s silence for millions of dead who died for this country, and can’t just be quiet for one minute without making the situation all about yourself, a slap is very, very possible and probably deserved.

I wouldn’t dirty my hands with such business myself, but shouting “Free Gaza” during a minute’s silence in a moment of national solidarity is basically incitement to violence.
