Now we are definitely in the prem. Undoubtedly yes. We will not sign a better 2nd choice right back. So 1 more year makes total sense.

And on the sentimental side of things, I'm not ready to say goodbye.

Not sure that's how it works.

I'm happy for Chris and the team to make the decisions.

Yes.

Going by how he plays, he could still be 28.

He’s a freak.

He shown he is a better footballer and a better defender than Montoya (what must he be thinking). We are a better side with Bruno in. Give him a one year deal, we'll have to monitor the right back position and if necessary recruit in January

He was so good today, I suspect that Arsenal will make a £20m bid for 28 yr old Bruno tomorrow

Funny all the gooners moaning about playing 35 year old Leicesteiner. Bruno on the other side showed him how it's done. Absolutely love the man.

Signed

Think he should be around to impart his wisdom to Montoya

I know what you mean but Bruno is like an aging right back version of Messi. No one can do what he does. His physical shape, diet, sleep routine and, most of all technique and reading of the game are just not copyable. Montoya is a bang average top-flight right back. He's not bad but he gets caught upfield too often for someone who is no Alexander-Arnold.
