Come across as level headed, honest and determined. Could be another valuable asset to the back room set up. So glad that the club is investing in people like him and Liam Rosenior. They are the type of people who are good to have around and seem likely to contribute well in the long term, even if only in terms of teaching youngsters how to carry themselves.
