Depends on what you've been signed off sick for....if its due to being a bad speller then I think you'll need a few more days off!! ;)

I think it's up to you, if you feel up for it go back to work- You're the one making the "I'm Fine" admission, not your company demanding you return.

putting my ex HR hat back on, my company would not allow you back to work if you have been signed off.

There used to be some H&S rules about coming back to work under a certificate.....I will have a look and see.

I came in on a cert with one day left on it and was sent home for H&S reasons, I do work in a healthcare IT provider though, so they're somewhat over-zealous in enforcing H&S rules.

I was forced back early when I was signed off once due to the sick pay ending. I had to sign some waiver saying that I was there by my own choosing or something and that if anything happened it was down to me sort of vibe.

At another job when I was signed off (Im delicate) I was told I wasnt even allowed to ocme to the building when I was signed off (if I wanted to collect something for example).

So its seems like a case of diffrent strokes for diffrent folks.

Since there is no such word as 'exporation', if this is a question it cannot be answered. I say "if this is a question", because there are no question marks after it, and it appears to be simply an exclamation, tripled.

Pull yourself together Mr Valley, or use this time to go back to school.

I hope I have been of help

expiration/exporation

It was simply a typo from the next key on the key pad NMH.
