Shower v Bath

I voted for bath. Only becuase if you ever want to sell i think you need a bath more than a shower.

But i shower.

Not so the case anymore. I've 'converted' quite few up here in the wee village of Londinium, many one and two bed flats are happy to have a nice walk-in shower instead of a bath, and it doesn't affect value.
It's when you get up to family houses that it's important.

Like a poster above said, it depends on what your property is. If you live in a 1 bed flat, then I don't think it matters. If you live in a family house, it will affect your resale if you haven't got a bath

If you own the property, when it comes to things like this, it isn't only about what YOU like, you do have to think ahead to trying to sell it on

Shower every single time, can't understand why anyone enjoys wallowing around in what amounts to dirty water by the end of a bath.

When I take a bath, I follow it with a quick shower too.
I don't have a jacuzzi, so a bath with some music on - nice.

I personally put my plates in the dishwasher ! But yeah if I have to wash a plate in the sink its done under a hot running tap, doesn't everyone
