Shower not working, anyone recommend someone to fix it?

Not thermostatic tho' is it.. if someone else draws off water, it could change temp without warning. Brrr...

Funny you mention is HT - the low flow light has come on mine recently, and now either does freexing cold showers or boiling hot. We think it might be limescale, but have no idea how to sort it out. Any ideas people?!

Last time this happened it broke, and our landlord took 3 MONTHS to replace it.

Great showers think alike.

But, I think NSC is a lost cause on this one. I was hoping there would be someone out there wanting some work. Anyways, I'll let you know how I get on.

Btw do you know where the nearest public baths are?

A cheap attempt at fixing it will involve a litre or two of white vinegar and either a large sandwich bag or a bowl. Give it a darn good soak and it should work.

Failing that, buy a new shower head. I doubt that there's actually anything mechanicaly wrong with it, it's most likely clogged up to buggery with chalky water.
