I know an Albion STH who missed a home game to go to a Shawaddywaddy concert. Its a dark and disturbing chapter, and not one we let him forget.

I still love them and am trying to install their pop culture in the good old US of A :)
 






Although not as influential as Paper Lace or Chicory Tip (who were huge influences on The Clash and The Fall), it was said that with Showaddywaddy there would never have been a Bucks Fizz or a Scooch.

So, obviously a legedary band without whom we would not have had an entrant for the Eurovision Song Contest last year.
