You'd have to get it updated monthly to add an extra 2,000,000 or so.

Unfortunately not, quite the opposite really. If the numbers are printed standard size then it's going to have to wrap-around my body a couple of times.

I feel really guilty now.
As soon as I saw the draw I made plans for a two week holiday in the sun. I've got my Fulham away ticket but MK or Charlton in the Cup shouted weakened team and I made a dash for the sun (hot stuff never the paper).
But I may buy a ticket and give it to my Daughter.

All joking aside, this is a good idea.

Agreed. Especially as the tickets should be quite affordable.

It's less about the money, more about making a statement that the fans appreciate Tony's financial support and loyalty. And although we'll probably put out a weakened squad for the game, I think it could be a big psychological boost for the team ongoing. We always praise the teams spirit and solidarity, it'd be good to reiterate that the fans are part of that too.

Encourage friends to bring a friend to the game. Talking to a Charlton friend today he's hoping they win the replay tonight as he wants to bring a couple of mates who are Chelsea fans who wanted to case the joint for next season.

That wasn't what I had in mind. Buy a ticket, commit to going to the game, support the team, support the club financially, respect the FA Cup.

Agreed. Also it looks like being a home 3pm Saturday kick off. That is such a rare thing these days so might attract more than usual as a result

As I said before, I like the idea and think it's a lot less about supporting the club financially but showing our respect and appreciation for Bloom. It might be cheesy but I think it'd be nice for someone to arrange a large flag with the message 'Thank you Tony'.

All to often you hear about fans having an open dislike or hatred towards their chairman (Leeds, Charlton etc...), so it'd be nice to do the exact opposite. We're lucky to have a chairman with a genuine love for the club. I honestly think it'd be a boost for the squad too. It'd really fit in with our #together philosophy.

He isn't a man who likes too much attention (and he gets enough of it on trains and train platforms believe me).

Best thing you can do to show your support is go out of your way to get to as many games, home and away, as possible this season. Including cup games.
