Its a no-brainer for me. Trouble is the god-bothers will kick up a stink and then there is the inevitable cost of the screening programme, which will inevitably be borne by the NHS. Thing is, ultimately it would save money and free up finances if people were allowed to close their account more easily. I'd rather be topped than suffer the end stages of a horrible terminal illness.
