I think Looney makes a fair point. Comments such as 'f*** off and die slowly' directed to anyone frankly have no place or justification.

unless directed at bhaexpress!

That's nothing compared to what I'm going to say to Dick Knight (LIAR!!!!) with a couple of Tia Maria and Tizer's inside me and a rolled up copy of Closer magazine, for what he has done to Dean Wilkins (SEVENTH HEAVEN!!!!!)

It's difficult to see how abuse can ever be constructive.

Criticise, of course, but how does adding abuse to that criticism make it more valid or effective ? It doesn't.

Better to be ranting on a message board if it means being a little more constructive from the stands.

How does that work when some of the players come on here? It will have the same impact as somebody shouting abuse from the stands. Both totally demotivating if the player(s) concerned are the target(s) of regular abuse.

A couple of seasons ago I was, in hindsight, wrongly pissed off when El Abd had his infamous moment in front of the South Stand. Now, I'm surprised more players aren't following his lead after some of the shite directed at them by a handful of people on here.

Just a personal opinion, but if such a comment existed I'd be surprised if the member wasn't banned for few days.
