I know I'm in a minority but I think replica shirts on any adult look a bit naff. Especially if said adult is a bit porky or yes, old.

Sorry!:lolol:

If that OAP is playing football for the Albion then he should wear them with pride. Otherwise no, replica shirts on grown-ups a big no-no for me

Had mine tattood on when I was 17.

95 years later it's Russell Slade's grey and white army.

What is is with the aged of today?

I remember the good old days when old people used to wear a nice plain tweed shirt with a tie, and possibly a knitted cardy for the summer months of july and august when you don't need an anorak.
It's just not like the good old days :nono:

No, even if you have a well toned body like mine.

Does anyone know when Albion replica shirts first became available? A long time after The Oldman started supporting the club, I guess.

1982 if memory serves me right.

and nothing wrong with old'uns wearing the stripes with pride. My mum does (STH) and she's 75:thumbsup:

I like seeing our older fans wearing the stripes! I also like seeing all our fans wearing the older stripes, NOBO, TSB and the like...
