Stay. If she goes it brings the nightmare scenario of a possible early general election which means the possibility of horrendous Corbyn getting into power. Corbyn would then cause interest rates to go sky high and he would bankrupt our country within 3 years with his silly naive communist ideas.

I think she's got to put this deal before Parliament before she leaves. Otherwise it undermines the whole process somewhat. Anyone that comes in won't be any better though; the reality is that everyone who voted Leave voted based on different variables depending on their situation and outlook on life so she's (nor anyone else in her position) never going to please everyone no matter what deal she brings back.

How well have most of us been doing on the low interest rates we have had post 2008 ? The banks that caused the crash have been well supported by QE so they can gamble away again like nothing has changed, since then however, the real growth has been in Food Banks.

She should never have been there in the first place, they're all a bunch of self serving poisonous parasites. Our political system is utterly out of date with modern society, it's a broken medieval system full of crooked *****

Stay. But she has to get some much better advice from somewhere and learn how to articulate better (some hope on both counts there I think). In 2 minutes yesterday during the emergency debate, David Lidington spelt out all the issues with voting down her deal in a much clearer and succinctly way than she has managed in weeks!

Which Tory mediocrity do you replace her with? They're all perfectly happy sniping from the sidelines and perfectly clear about what they DON'T want, but beyond that there's not one that's fit to lick her tough old boots.

She is going to win the no-confidence vote, and in PMQs a short while ago she looked like a woman reborn, a smile on her face, full of fight.

However, the fact remains her Deal is shocking, the EU have shut up shop and the clock is ticking.

Her face-off with Corbyn was a slanging match. She avoided every question he put to her, they each hold the other in complete contempt and there is zero chance of them working together for the common good.

Watching that it almost seems as though the Tories might support her Deal if it means avoiding a General Election and losing power, i.e. selling the UK short to cling on to power.

Starmer as leader championing a People's Vote would probably give her more to think about.
