Royal Surrey County Hospital has signs forbidding it and smoking anywhere within the hospital grounds. Saw it yesterday, plenty of people still smoking almost right outside the main entrance though.FFS.

Yes. Specified areas on the concourses and anywhere in the seats
And you should be allowed to smoke in the seats as well, its not strictly indoors is it.
Fags, pipes, cigars (Havanas in 1901 only) the lot.
And if you have a moaner nearby you should be allowed to blow smoke in his/her face.
I would love to hear just before the teams run out "Gentlemen, you may smoke"
