Does cream count as a weapon too.
Ernie threw cream at Ted in their fight for Sue, and Ted in retaliation threw a pork pie with a hardened crust at Ernie, which caught him under the heart and he bit the dust.
No arrests were made.

It wasn't a crime in Fairy Dairyland.

Pork pie caught him in the eye, the rock cake did his heart...

It's not milkshake, it's yoghurt. You can see the bits of fruit stuck to his tie. There is no splashing on his shoes nor the pavement, which you would expect, had it been thrown by a cyclist, as claimed.

He also took his jacket off, and had a spare shirt with him.

Not really relevant.
A person who throws a milkshake to humiliate someone will likely be a very different person to someone who wants to kill or maim someone with acid.
It’s chalk and cheese.
I see why people conflate the two but no, two very different and unrelated actions with different motivations and different outcomes.
Because of the threat from milkshakes and something more sinister, any decent CP detail would have politely made a very wide gangway for Farage to do his walkabout. For a member of the public to get that close shows two things;
They didn’t know what they were doing.
Farage really doesn’t carry any clout.

I think this post shows you dont know the first think about CP .

Can anyone enlighten me as to why John Prescott didn’t get punished for lamping his own egg assailant?

The assailant didn't press charges, CPS felt that given the egg was thrown at such close proximity, self defense was a strong legal defence and they had a poor chance of securing a conviction.
