No he shouldnt, Yees Adams has been a bit rubbish recently, but sacking no

I cant help get the feeling that Knight has seen it gone a bit wrong, and that part of the reason the delay on Falmer was announced was because of on the field non developments.

This gives Adams an extra year to get the team in The Championship for the season we move into Falmer, which Knight and the Board have clearly said they want

You may be on to something here.
Maybe Knight sacked Wilkins because there was a chance that Wilkins would get us promoted this season ahead of schedule. So he`s brought Adams in to slow progress down.

Nope.

But we do need to have a strong second half to the season, like hes first spell in charge.

This season is all but written off but i would take winning the JPT, getting to the 3rd round of the FA Cup and drawing a big team away and winning more league games than what we lose as a success now.

Well remembered BG - £1.8M next season isn't it?
Btw, do you know if we ever employed a first team coach after DW declined the offer pre-season?

I cannot remember the exact amount but I remember it was a sizeable increase on that given to Div 1 clubs something like triple.

I have not heard of us employing a first team coach, the need of which has become apparent in recent games, but would suggest that if we could afford to re-employ DW as Ist team coach we could afford to bring in another one for the same amount of wages. Perhaps that money has gone towards paying for Robbie Savage!!!

i think Knight should sack Dean "99 out of 10" White... he is useless. It's favouratism, remember when we were all getting on Knight's back when he got rid of all our best players last christmas? I think he tried to get his popularity back by signing Adams. Unluckily for that oaf it backfired...

Does not the amount of managers under Dick Knight speak volumes, I question who really picks the team now, personally I have always rated Adams but is the selection of signings etc different to first time round

Ok, so assume our current form continues.

How long would you give it until you become a person saying he should go?

I don't know. I don't think that far ahead. We could be crap for the next 10 games, or have a good run of form, who's to say. I make my mind up accordingly.

Shouldn't be sacked, but if we're still struggling by the end of the season, then perhaps.

If you did think ahead you might see that there is little sign of Adams turning this around. He made a great start but as the pressure has built the performances have deteriorated, that is not a good sign.

Make sure to let us know when its IS ok to want Adams out please

Should never have been given the job again.

I wouldn't sack him NOW but if things don't get better by Christmas then yes.

It is a fair question to ask though because this season we have been shit.

Should he be sacked - No, too early.

Should he have come back - No

Knight may have thought that Wilkins was not the long term answer, but the team was building with limited resources and I think he should have been given another season to see if he could build further.
