I share concerns about our current crop of strikers. However, suggesting someone from the youth/team reserves who has never even made our bench is our "best striker" is laughable.

That the sort of point I am trying to make. Forster is out for however long. Craig Davies is out on loan and I can't see him playing for the Albion again. Dickinson looks useless and Murray simply doesn't care. Gary Hart is an Albion legend but isn't a striker anymore.

I thought it was for VISUAL flids?

ah yes, you might be right. i think you are right. i assumed you were comparing those two posts to head mentalists as they were quite trecothick, as opposed to blind people. appologies

I believe that Dickinson is better than Murray

Did you see Murray last season? Or the season before?

Dickinson isn't even a footballer, so I don't know how that's possible.

Because he's scored as often in the last four years as I have with Cheryl Cole. It may have been a surprise that he failed to Russell because all he's ever seen of him is that golden run at the end of last year, but it won't be a surprise to anyone who's been attending games with their eyes open for the last few years.

To be fair tactically as a whole Hart and Murray DOES make a lot more sense than Murray and Dickinson. Murray and Dickinson simply doesn't work as a partnership.

No, it doesn't make sense at all for one reason. NO PACE. I'm not sure who is slower to be honest. At least Murray has other attributes but Hart is like a painter who's lost his brush.

Hang on, we're talking about PACE? Have you seen Dickinson?!? His highest pace setting is "light jog"!

Hart's first half performance was the most anonymous I've ever seen in an albion shirt. And I've seen Tommy Fraser, Andy Arnott and Michael Mahoney Johnson.

Most of Harts performances have been anonymous for a few seasons now - still he will improve at the end of the season when he wants a new contract next season

Dickinson is far more spritely than those two. At least Dickinson seems to actually be alive when he's got the ball. You may not rate what he does with it but you can't claim he's painfully slow. Hart and Murray are like f***ing statues.

Sorry but Gillingham game, Dickinson moved about as much as Heskey usually does. Murray was chasing up, winning headers, harrying defenders.

He is slow overall. He is certainly not quick. Neither is Murray.

I'm not going by last season, or the season before, i'm going by from what i have seen this season. Murray has looked no better than Hart this season. I put it down to the fact that he does not want to be hear. The sooner he goes the better. When Dickinson came on against Gillingham he looked sharp and hungry for it. Had two shot on goal and just looked more of a threat than Murray has this season. Maybe he goes down a little bit too much, But everyone els seems to be doing it in football thease days, if he wins us a few free kicks (for Elliott to belt in) then good luck to him.

Most of Hart's performances for a few seasons were in the reserves ... mainly because the then manager wasn't even talking to him, never mind selecting him.

I think Hart was made for the advent of the seven-man sub bench.
