McDonalds = Horrible. Journalistic piece = inflammatory. Resulting discussions = amusing. What does this all change? Nothing, the family on the whole are still as fat as hell.

Is that comparison by per 100g or per unit? McDs cheeseburgers are tiny, so not really surprising they have less calories than many things. Wonder how long they're going to keep you from being hungry though.

Probably no more no less than a croissant.

Are they tiny or have we all just used to bigger and bigger portions? I remember small fries and a cheeseburger where once enough. Now that looks like a side. They don't even do small fries anymore. Ironically McD pioneered larger more calorific choices obviously.
