Boroseagull - hope good news comes your way soon.
RIP to all those that lost their lives and my sincere condolences to the families and friends. Really shocking incident.
Many thanks to everyone on here for their good wishes and prayers - very much appreciated and just shows, despite our differences sometimes, we really are one great big family.

Really pleased to hear this. Now go & have a drink. A bloody big one!
I think it may be moved to out at sea like the Eastbourne airshow in futurePlanes starting to leave the airfield now, seems very eerie. Apart from the obvious tragedies, it's sad for the town and the organisers, such a big event for the area that so many people look forward to. I'm sure it will happen as usual next year, but obviously there will be a cloud hanging over it.

Agreed. If nothing else the speed with which they all took off (and the variety) was almost as big an indication that something had gone awry as anything else. All very sad.Been watching them and as you say it's very eerie.
Far too many accidents at airshows now, no way should they ever be held anywhere near a town, major road or railway again
It's Jacob.
Come on people, think before you type. After all the regretted postings on this thread, you'd think people would realize how sensitive even a misspelling of a victim's name could be. To get the name wrong completely because you haven't bothered to check it is just crass selfishness.
