You have to give credit to the Oldham fans that made the long journey knowing they've got a shit view of the game. They made a fair bit of noise too. Their derby matches against Rochdale should be interesting - early kick-offs I imagine!

You can all come up with whatever excuses you want, but 152 - and I struggle to believe it was as many as that, I counted 94! - away fans for a League One side on a saturday is sh*t. Christ, they were a top flight side not that long ago.

I had a friend in the Oldham end. Knew what he was in for as he'd been before. Due to the crap view he missed their goal, our goals, could barely follow the match. Don't blame Oldham fans at all for boycotting The Withdean Experience. Life's too short and money's too tight.

Hopefully we won't be able to make that comparison as we won't be comparing attendances of the likes of Oldham at Withdean to Falmer, we'll be in the Championship where away attendances are considerably higher.

I spoke to 3 Oldham fans in the wrong queue for the park and ride to mithras house, the i assume father was very pissed off with everything including the fact that they were in the wrong queue for the mill road park and ride. they proceeded to walk to mill road.
shame really as the idiot of a bus driver then drove to mill road instead of mithras house.
