Does Tim Sherwood buy into the Brighton footballing philosophy. We've had similar styles for the last two appointments. Suspect this will be Blooms number one criteria

He's certainly whoring himself about at the moment; there was Europa Final Thursday, FA Cup Saturday, Goals on Sunday and now this.

I hope the people who are wanting him aren't the same as those who criticised Poyet for getting his face on telly all the time.

The guy is currently out of a job. Filling his time with media work while he's completely free to do so, is hardly comparable to doing so whilst you are fll time employed as a manager. Daft comparison.

Comes across as a bit of a "Geezer" but I like his honesty and the relationship with the Spurs chairman. Looking at his record he got Spurs scoring goals and his win ratio is pretty good. He wants people to take him as he is and is not trying to be something he is not. He is not bitter about leaving Spurs and when Brighton was mentioned seemed interested about the job. Sounded good to me. Not saying he would be an instant success but I think he would bring a bit of passion and dare I say it, more attacking football.......mmmm mildly impressed!

I have my misgivings about both but I'm slightly edging towards Clement. Although PC hasn't been a number 1 before, I'm not sure about TS's temperament/man management skills - he seems volatile and I'm not sure we want to go down that road again. On balance, both are young and managerially inexperienced, both are English, both have good coaching pedigree and top level contacts. But on personality alone, TS puts me off.

Sherwood spoke with breathtaking honesty about his role at Tottnigham and how we would speak to a clubs owner/chaimran about what is realistic.

He spoke really well and only cemented his position as Albion fans resounding choice for our new boss. On what I saw I'd also love to see Sir Les involved too, a proper footballers footballer.

I juat hope we move qwuickly as he will have his pick of 3 or 4 other potentially more appealing jobs within the next four weeks I think.
