Please?

Rome wasn't built in a day so patience is required. But after standing for forty minutes in driving rain last night, this would seem to be a very easy thing to improve just one small part of The Amex experience.

I take you never went to Withdean then?

Yes I did, when I felt that I had to. Due to the pisspoor facilities I took most of my Albion fix by doing more awaydays than now.

Still, these shelters would not cost ridiculous money and would make life a little more pleasant for many.

40 minute's? You want to think yourself lucky some of us had to sit in that all through the game, Much more of that weather and I can see my wheelchair seizing up with rust.

In my defence, I was left unsupervised.

I think you've come in for some unfair stick on this thread, I too would like to see shelters - just because we got soaked at Withdean doesn't mean we should accept it as inevitable. And you asked politely as opposed to ranting.

Glad you are obviously OK today. Good to catch up with you last night......and cheers for the ciggie. Will do my best to get it back to you when we play Barnsley. Just need the co-operation of the 100 supporters between us in our row to do the decent thing and...'pass it along , please'....LOL !

PS; Must admit when I heard you tumble, my immediate thought was...'' f***....40 minute wait in the pouring rain..........a bus route that has taken in every street from Falmer to Shoreham, ...........and now I,m going to be stuck here for another hour waiting for an ambulance to cart you off to hospital with a broken leg...'

Me, selfish..? Never...!

I concur.I was in the North last night, with my lad who is temp on crutches and, whilst there is little the club can do, it was hard on those in wheelchairs stuck in the rain.

I was lucky enough to be able to stand in the corner with a little shelter but was still soaked from the 1st half. At least the heaters in the loo's helped a bit.
