Stop kidding yourselves. From my position at the far end in the Global Windows stand to your right, I'm afraid the Albion attendance looked quite pitiful really - fewer than 500 is my guess.

I can't believe there were as few as 500 there, there seemed to be at least 150 outside in the queue to get in still at 3.00pm as there was only one cash turnstile. When I finally made it inside at 3.15 there were hardly any seats to be had at all and when I squeezed into a place behind the goal there were definitely more people standing than there were seats, I'm sure our attendance must have been closer to 1,000.

Indeed it was, comedy genius that he is, fell over 3 times trying to get to the ground and Kate then found him stumbling around Sheffield after the game!!!

You must have been in the seats just in front of us.

I was, travelled up with Fatboy, Scotty (taking the pictures of Oaf at half time) and Kaney.

I launched one at those stupid United fans in our end when they scored and went totally over the top.

I'd imagined we'd have at least 1500 but... you know how it is. When you're in the middle of a crowd you can't see the edges. I could, all too clearly. There were vastly unoccupied areas at either side of the Albion throng which, quite frankly, resembled a centralised huddle.

It was so disappointingly poor I could not even hear if the correct response to "Does your boyfriend... " was being sung in the away end. :(

5/10.

The concrete roof didn't help the atmosphere. What were those 3 sheffield fans doing in our end when it was only £10 for their own end?!

There was a guy wearing glasses sitting down sleeping during the game who was gone - is this the one that fell over?

That lower tier holds 2500, and surely we filled more than 1/5 of it. The reason it may have sounded like less was the poor acoustics of that lower tier.

It was officially 827

I counted them

Unfortunately I missed most of the match but I felt it was important that NSC got the facts

Turnout seemed poor to me, but we made some noise.

I think it comes down to the fact that it cost a lot for a day out and we were a good bet to get teh sort of result that we did. Shame we didn't take more though.

I was very disappointed by the Albion turn-out, expected double the number tbh, but we never stopped singing and most of the chanting was positive, too, no real whingers there. Good stuff and the players clearly appreciated it.

for others spending the best part of £100 on a day in Sheffield to see some of our recent pish performances is going to be a big no no.

Beating Hull, QPR and Leeds over the last month were "pish" performances? Your standards really are a little too high for the current Albion, hopefully in a few years at Falmer we'll be the team that will finally be good enough for you.

As you went last year, you'll know that more came to Bramall Lane this season than last. Must be a few more addicts of "pish" than you think.

You sure? I was there too and would say there were far more Albion at Bram Lane last year.

If the figure of 800 on Saturday is right, then there were more there last year.
1173 last year.

The lower tier was very disappointing would have far preferred we had been in the Upper.
