As unlucky as we've been with the injuries, we've been shite tonight. Even with 11 men we've offered absolutely nothing going forward and looked shaky at the back. We just go to pieces for the games that really matter. We look like a different side.

Northerners will always be more passionate and noisy following their club, along with the odd working class other such as West Ham. Means everything to them. In addition, at the Amex the noisy support is spread out with a relatively tiny north stand, unlike the vast kops at the likes of Wednesday.

I honestly think that 2-0, given that we have only ten players, league debutants and a team that has never played this line-up before out there, is actually a miracle. Wednesday should have battered four or five past us tbh.
