Personally speaking, i've found Wednesday fans a bit more genial and good natured than the Blunts fans.

But, like Dick said above, message boards usually have a concentrated faction of the lowest ebb.

Sheffield Wednesday are f***ing SHIT and that owlstalk forum is embarrassing. :lolol:

Hopefully they'll finish mid-table, as I think it's about time Mandaric's luck ran out.

They are not happy on owlstalk tonight  they are seemingly the most optimistic full of it bunch whilst also the most angry after a loss.

I suppose drawing with 9-man Yeovil could be considered a loss. As it is 1 point from 2 teams in the bottom half is hardly even survival form.

Sheffield Wednesday are currently on target to finish the season with 64 points.

If we play the rest of our games as badly as 24th placed Walsall have played so far this season (ie 0.77 points per game) ... we'll still finish above them - on 65 points.

Wendy will be lucky to make the play offs. Somebody should tell them that whilst their mummies may tell them that size matters it doesn't always.

Can a straight man actually KNOW that for a fact though? :lolol:

I was just wondering how the fans of the mighty Wednesday were feeling about their chances of the title at the moment...?

Anyone know?

Cheers

Looking at their absolutely shit owlstalk forum, there are still a lot of them convinced they'll go up via the play offs.

Jokes.

BIG gap for even a BIG club to close up. 17 points in 19 games.

What is needed is one of the registered Albion fans (Captain Haddock perhaps) to bump that thread in a friendly way with the current table... nothing antagonistic, just a simple question to ask if they think they can close the gap, and perhaps whether we're going to bottle it.
