I was worried when I saw clips of them training this week. Looked pedestrian, cocky and arrogant. Like they've played tonight. It's so galling as we put so much effort into the bigger games. We take so many risks in our own half but none in the final third, like we are playing back to front.
Personally, I am now convinced that Potter has banned any shots unless it is in the six yard box, Bissouma must do his head in with not only his long shots but nearly always miles off target.

They’ve played a counter attacking game.

ALWAYS 7 or 8 outfield players back in their own half, suffocating the life out of our telegraphed attacks.

Our approach has needed changing from the first fifteen minutes. Sheffield United are set up to press with the front players while the defence and midfield squeeze the space in their half. Pump it forward, give em the ball and then double up on the man with the ball. We did it at Chelsea.

This is our cup final game of the season. Literally safety. Unless we see a phenomenally better performance this half I want to see us get a manager that has the emotional intelligence to deal with the psychological aspects of the game.
