Not everybody can afford £23.50 twice in one week. I think thats the simple reason.

Does that mean we only have 6,000 people who want to watch the Albion, rather than the 25,000 that we apparently need seats for ?

People still are not show how to get tickets - not everyone is on nsc or goes to the club web site

If we were playing Spurs though I think they might bother to find out

Possible reasons not to go;

1) Evening game, hard to get back from work in time don't want to take the kids on schoolnight
2) Champions League on telly - who can resist the lure of Real Betis?
3) Can't afford two games in a one week.
4) Lot's of people are on holiday. Seems in my office half the staff are going away in September "now the kiddies are back at school it's cheaper"
5) People don't know their are tickets available. Lot's of people assume it's really hard to get hold of a seat so don't bother trying.
6) Don't want to spend £20+ to sit in a mechano stand while bloke next to you moans about McGhee.
7)You are a miserable !!!!

Quite often in the Sutton Coalfield office actually!! Got a meeting today at 6 in Kensington
Sorry but that is a ridiculous reason not to be going I have to wait for a yank to call me (hopefully around 6.05) after which I will get along fenchurch street and over London Bridge in time for the 18.25 Thameslink or the 18.40 Thameslink hopefully in time to take my seat at the Withers.

We will try..........i just hope we can put our authority on the game early on.
Thoroughly enjoyed the trip to Elland Road, we drank plenty in the Drysalters and had a good chat with a few of your lads.
Hope we can do the same again next year.;)

You tart. I happen to know a few Wednesday fans and they are good people. Its the 'Blades' that carry the reputation.

waiting for the "Well im a better fan than you are because i'm going and you're not" bollocks that's swept this board over the last few months :glare:

I'm not going because the money i would spend on one night of sitting at the WITHERS would feed me for at least a week at uni.

I still think 22 quid to sit in a temporary ground puts a lot of part time supporters off.
