Looks very promising, I think the fact that he can play various positions speaks volumes. IMO the club are looking to sign players that can genuinely cover different positions without disrupting the team too much, Williams can cover midfield and defence and similarly Conway could play on the wing and as a striker, same with Grabban. I think the club are being very shrewd.
