Walk through many parts of London, or any major city where crime and sectarianism is an issue, and a group of more or less any and every race or creed might tell you to piss off, you're on 'their' patch. A couple of idiots telling people not to drink because it's a 'Muslim area' is not Sharia Law, it's just bullies using their religion as an excuse for tribalism and intimidation. Anyone could walk around telling Asians to 'move on, this is a white area', it wouldn't be evidence they were the secret police engaged in a racially motivated street purge, it would just be a racist twat acting big in front of his mates.
