A massive argument over nothing, just like every good Christmas dinner
I've now been persuaded that doing a curry for dinner is a good idea so that now instead of chicken. And maybe bacon sandwiches for breakfast.Don't do a special breakfast generally. Will be roast chicken for dinner I'd imagine then buffet later on.
Although it will take a bit of preparation and cooking it will require far less than a roast dinner so I can spend more time with the wife and kids (ie on the sofa drinking and watching TV ). I'll probably still do sprouts if it's any helpShocked at how many people appear to be having curry on Christmas Day.

In the Songs household, it's always pretty much the same:
Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs and smoked salmon on toast
Bucks fizz
Dinner:
Chicken
Turkey
Gammon
Lots of veg
Pigs in blankets
Stuffing
Lots of gravy
Champagne/wine
Post-dinner:
Cheese and biscuits
Port/more wine
With lots more drinks throughout the day.
How spooky, thats almost exactly the same as us......we do sometimes substitute turkey for something like duck or goose, but always Gammon.
