Wellseley you are an ignorant fool . The IRA fought against British rule after hundreds of years of oppression . Literally millions of Irish perished in the famine which was one cause of said oppression .Plus countless other abuses over the centuries - how would you feel ?
Had you been political ( which you are clearly not) and also Irish you may have made the same choices to fight against British rule. In the end McGuinness forced the hand of the British government who did talk to the terrorists and in the end we have a decent sort of peace . Its history - to blame one man is ridiculous . It ignore the fact that this highly intelligent man eventually was a driving force in the peace just shows your own ignorance . To blame an Irishman for noting his death with respect after he had determined the peace process in Eire further indicates that you have a lack of knowledge about the subject. There are two sides to every story . Not just the Sun , Mail or Tory graph side . Maybe stick to things you understand in future . Respect to Shane Duffy for remembering where he comes from and the terrible losses on all sides during the troubles .

If a guy had posted photos of a famous girl who was naked and asleep, yes, we'd be extremely critical of him. Sure, we wouldn't use the word slag, we'd use a different four letter word.
