I was surprised to learn that Premier League teams only score from a corner once every 10 games on average. Funny how corners at The Amex are greeted with earsplitting cheers in anticipation of an imminent goal, when they hardly ever produce.

I still fancy Shane to score tonight from a corner though.

I'd say our goals from corners is a LOT less than once in 10 games. More like once every 10 months.

I still get excited when we get a corner, but I really have no idea why.
