East Upper. There were 5 tills open (I know, but I'm fed up of moaning) but a group of 4 lads thought that by starting a queue in front of a closed till they would get served. This didn't happen but within a few minutes another 20+ had joined their queue waiting to be served.
As for cup lids, I saw others grabbing handfulls of them and couldn't think why.
