Whenever I go in Shakeaway I always end up getting something quite boring. Anyone get something unusual that is shit hot that I should try?

Isn't the whole point of Shakeaway Roulette to randomly pick an ingredient you're allergic to so you are rushed to hospital by ambulance ?
