Maybe (hopefully) Gus just wants to give Vincelot 45 mins at the back to see how he does in a match that isn't that important (realtively speaking)

I would be very surprised if that was the case.

The best we can hope for is a minor knock, and this is just Gus being very cautious with him.

Been pretty quiet to be honest... He's hardly trained with the lads so I'd imagine it takes some getting used to, learning the runs etc.

Thanks. Sorry, meant to post that on the game thread!

Can't see Greer being taken off unless there was a problem. But who knows, it may just have been a precaution. Guess we'll have to wait until after the game to find out...

I'm hoping Greer is a precaution. Vincelot looked like a doslocated shoulder based on the way Ankergren tried to pull it back in place.

Here's hoping neither were serious.

Vincelot is a class act wherever he is played. Getting a player like him for anything south of £500k is a great deal and what we payed for him is an absolute mugging in any case.
